Junior Sailing Program Refund Policy

Our junior sailing program is highly sought after, and spots fill up quickly. To ensure fairness and maximize participation, we have established the following refund policy:

 

Refunds
Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before April 1 (60 days prior to the program start date) will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between April 2 and May 22 (10 to 29 days prior to the program start date) will receive a 25% refund.

No Refunds: Cancellations made on or after May 23 (less than 10 days before the program start date) are non-refundable.

 

Transfers
Participants may NOT transfer their registration to another eligible individual.

 

Exceptions

In cases of documented family emergencies or medical issues, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Waitlist Policy
If a cancellation occurs and there is a waitlist, we will offer the spot to the next person on the list. If the spot cannot be filled, the original participant remains subject to the above refund terms.

 

Weather Policy
Classes will proceed rain or shine. In cases of severe weather (e.g., lightning or storms), alternative indoor activities will be provided. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes unless the entire 8 week session is canceled by us.
